Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on this site by a customer, whether acting as a consumer or professionally. They are presented to you before the validation of your order and you accept them by validating it.
They prevail over any other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. We may modify them at any time: the version applicable to your order is the one online at the moment you validate it, and it does not change afterwards.

The Products
We sell walnut wood car air fresheners, as well as associated fragrances and refills.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding regarding appearance details. As wood is a natural material, the grain and shade vary slightly from one piece to another: this is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
The fragrances offered are synthetic fragrances intended exclusively for in-cabin diffusion. They are neither essential oils, nor cosmetic products, nor food products, nor therapeutic products, and we do not attribute any such properties to them.
Prices and VAT
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes. They correspond to the price actually payable for the product, in accordance with Swiss pricing rules.
Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price of the items: they are indicated separately and added at the time of payment, before any validation on your part. The total amount to pay is always presented to you before you confirm the order.
VAT. As long as our annual turnover remains below the legal VAT registration threshold of CHF 100,000, we are not subject to VAT: no VAT is charged or reclaimable on our sales. Upon our VAT registration, prices will be understood to include Swiss VAT at the prevailing rate (8.1% at the time of writing).
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed when you validate it.
How the Contract is Concluded
The presentation of products on this site does not constitute a firm offer in the legal sense, but an invitation to place an order with us. The contract is concluded only upon our acceptance, materialized by the order confirmation email.
Order Steps
- You select your items and add them to the cart.
- You open the cart, where you can modify quantities, remove an item, or specify your scents in the order note.
- You enter your delivery and billing information.
- You choose the delivery method and payment method.
- A complete summary is presented to you: items, quantities, unit prices, delivery costs, and total amount payable. This is your last opportunity to correct an input error; each step remains modifiable by going back.
- You validate the order. This click commits you to pay.
- You immediately receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.
If you do not receive this email within one hour, check your spam folder then contact us. These conditions are accessible to you at any time during the process and we recommend that you keep them.
Availability and Obvious Errors
Our products are offered subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and fully refund the corresponding amount, without further compensation.
In the event of an obvious error in a price or description — a misplaced comma, a price unrelated to the product's value — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order, even after confirmation. You will then be fully refunded.
Payment and Retention of Title
Payment is made online at the time of order, using the methods offered at checkout. Payment data is transmitted directly through our payment provider via an encrypted connection: we never have access to it and do not store it.
The merchandise remains our property until full payment of the price.
Delivery and Transfer of Risk
We deliver in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Tariffs and delivery times are listed on the Delivery and Returns page.
The announced delivery times are indicative and depend on the Post Office; they do not constitute a firm commitment and a delay does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation, unless otherwise agreed by us. We will inform you if a significant delay occurs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide. The costs of a new shipment due to an incorrect address will be at your expense.
Upon receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, report it to the delivery person and photograph it before opening, then write to us within 48 hours. This allows us to take action with the carrier.
Returns — Our Commercial Gesture
Swiss law does not provide for a right of withdrawal for online purchases, unlike European law. The 14 days we grant below are a facility we voluntarily offer, aligned with Swiss commercial practices. It does not arise from any legal obligation and in no way restricts your warranty rights described in Article 10.
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return, under the following conditions:
- The item has not been used and is in its original, complete packaging
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for an error or defect on our part
- Opened perfume bottles will not be accepted for return, for reasons of hygiene and product safety
Write to us with your order number and reason for return; we will inform you of the procedure within 48 hours. Do not ship a return without contacting us first. Once the package is received and verified, the refund will be processed within five business days to the original payment method.
Legal Warranty Against Defects
Our products benefit from the legal warranty against defects provided by the Swiss Code of Obligations, with a duration of two years from delivery.
Check your order upon receipt. Swiss law requires you to inspect the merchandise as soon as possible and to report any apparent defect immediately. An apparent defect reported late may cause you to lose the benefit of the warranty. Hidden defects must be reported to us as soon as they are discovered.
In the event of a proven defect, we will offer to replace the item or refund it. We will then bear the return shipping costs.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear of the product
- Breakage or damage resulting from improper use, a fall, or an impact
- Wood discoloration due to prolonged sun exposure, or deformation in case of exposure to excessive heat or humidity
- Natural variations in wood shade and grain
- Normal perfume evaporation
Safety and Proper Use of Perfumes
Our perfumes are liquid preparations designed to be applied to the diffuser stick. By ordering them, you undertake to use them in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions below.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not ingest. In case of ingestion, immediately contact a doctor or the Swiss Centre for Toxicological Information (tel. 145), keeping the packaging available.
- Avoid prolonged contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Do not apply to skin, clothing, textiles, or painted surfaces: the perfume may stain or damage certain materials.
- Keep the bottle closed, away from direct light and heat sources.
- Keep away from any flame.
- Sensitive individuals: some perfuming components may cause allergic reactions. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Any applicable hazard statements and precautionary advice, as well as the identity of the person responsible for placing the product on the market, are indicated on the bottle label.
The diffuser attaches to an air vent. Ensure it is correctly clipped and does not obstruct your visibility, vehicle controls, or airbag deployment. We cannot be held responsible for improper installation.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent provided by Swiss law. We cannot be held liable for improper use of the products, non-compliance with the safety instructions in Article 11, or damage resulting from improper installation of the diffuser in the vehicle.
We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of operation or loss of profit. These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional fault on our part, nor in cases of personal injury, nor in other cases where the law imperatively excludes them.
We are not responsible for delays or impediments due to circumstances beyond our control: strikes, bad weather, postal network failures, supply shortages from our suppliers.
Personal Data
We process your data in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act. Details of the data collected, its use, its retention period, and your rights are set out in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All elements of this site — texts, photographs, logo, brand, layout — are protected and remain our property or that of our partners. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited. The purchase of a product does not imply any transfer of rights to these elements.
Modifications and Partial Validity
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Orders already validated remain governed by the version in force at the time of their validation.
Should any clause of these terms and conditions be deemed void or unenforceable, the other clauses shall remain in full force and effect. The affected clause would be replaced by a valid provision that approximates the original intention as closely as possible.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions and any contract concluded on this site are subject to Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention) and conflict of laws rules.
The place of jurisdiction is Vevey, Switzerland.
If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of any rights: Swiss law allows you to bring an action before the court of your own domicile, and you retain this possibility regardless of what is written here.
