Where is my package?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is handed over to the Post Office. If you have not received it after three business days, check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.
A damaged or defective item
Send us a photo and your order number. If the product is defective or the package is damaged, we will replace or refund without question, and you don't have to send anything back.

Avenue de l'Île Heureuse, 1800 Vevey, canton of Vaud. Orders are prepared and shipped from our home — there is no warehouse or outsourced customer service.
