How it works, in practice
How long does a 5ml bottle last?
Between two and three months with normal use. You place a few drops on the stick about every two weeks, depending on the intensity you desire.
Does the diffuser really stay on the air vent?
Yes. The clip is designed for standard horizontal and vertical slats and fits almost all vehicles. For very thin or very thick grilles, you may need to adjust the position.
Is the scent strong?
You decide. Two drops for a discreet presence, five or six for a pronounced fragrance. The stick absorbs and then gradually diffuses, so there are no sudden bursts of scent.
Can the wood be damaged?
Walnut tolerates the heat of a car interior well. Just avoid letting it soak: the drops go on the stick, never directly on the wood.
Can I buy replacement sticks only?
We don't sell them separately for now. Each diffuser contains three, which should last for several years. Contact us if you run out, and we'll find a solution.
Choose, order, receive
How do I choose my fragrances?
For the box set and the refill duo, indicate your scents in the order note at the time of payment. If you forget, we will contact you before shipping rather than sending at random.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Please allow two to three days for delivery within Switzerland. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to the Post Office.
How much does delivery cost?
7.50 CHF in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and it's free for purchases over 49 CHF. Details are on the Delivery and Returns page.
Do you deliver internationally?
Not yet. Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. Tell us where you're writing from; it helps us decide on future destinations.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What's in the bottles
Are these essential oils?
No, and we don't claim they are. These are synthetic fragrances, formulated to last over time and withstand the temperature fluctuations of a car interior — something essential oils don't do well.
Is it dangerous?
Like any fragrance: keep out of reach of children, do not ingest, avoid prolonged contact with skin. In normal use, the bottle remains closed and only the stick is handled.
Can I mix two scents?
Nothing prevents it. Vanilla with Caramel works very well, as does Strawberry with Peach. The scent guide provides some combinations.
